I have been using ByteMe services for nearly 10 years or more. Although I’ve run a business for years I know very little about hardware and the back-end of the internet. However, I DO know customer service and I’ve yet to find a provider that comes close to the service of ByteMe. Tom Nelson and the staff of ByteMe have always been prompt and responsive to every question or concern I’ve had over the years. I look forward to using them even more in the future.

One of the more challenging tasks for a blind pc user like me is to find a computer guy who is fair, and careful not to load up a new/used Windows box with software I don’t need. Not only is Tom careful about keeping that junk out of the four boxes I’ve purchased from him since 2003, he has learned some important ins&outs about talking screen readers like JAWS. His ability to access my Windows 7 boxes remotely has spared me costly trips to his shop. While his PC prices are higher than your faceless brick and mortar stores, his after-sale service is what sets him apart. His Internet services are quite reasonable as well. Tom, you’re the best!
