What does it cost?

In general a repair to your computer regardless of the problem costs between $69 to $129. If the computer can't be repaired for under $129 we will call you with a description of the repair needed and cost. Should you decline the repair we have a diagnostic fee of $69.

How long does it take?

On average our turn around time is two to three days. If it's something simple like a bad power supply we can have the repair complete within a day. Sometimes there are complications that cause a longer repair time. We know you need your computer and will repair it as fast as possible to get you up and running again.
